Neilite 400 pricing?

I saw a caseless Neilite 400, in good condition, for $18. Don't know if that is a fair price or not. Probably won't be able to bargain it down from there. Any opinions?

they are good mild razors in plastic type ...comes w white or black heads. im not sureif they had fancy cases. but worth 18 bucks if not defectice

I bought two of these without the cases from eBay. One cost me only $6.98 shipped, but was so carelessly packed that it arrived with the head shattered. The seller refunded the full price and didn't ask for the fragments back. The other arrived intact and cost $12.89 shipped. Saw a couple of others go for $12. Don't know if this is typical or not, and they're rare enough that the prices could go up anyway.
