For years I have had problems with getting razor bumps on my neck. A week ago I switched to DE shaving. How long do you think it might take for those to go away?

DE shaving alone won't necessarily rid you of the bumps. I'd advise going very lightly over the affected area and only in the direction of hair growth. Use as shallow a blade angle as possible. You may also want to consider an alcohol-based aftershave splash. It's helped me with the occasional bumps/burn on my lower neck.
