Can you give a quick discription of the differences between them? Cents or what not? The names are a touch vague.

There are links to the various Arko Shaving Cream reviews, which should give you a general feeling for what each smells like.

I gave the arko cool a shot....very synthetic in the smell dept but probably no worse than the majority of your off the shelf items like shampoo, body wash, etc. Other than that these creams are actually really good performers and a steal at 1.00.

As for the scent, reminds me of the blue irish spring soap....what was it mountain fresh or something like that, similar to that at least to my sniffer. Not offensive by any means, just synthetic smelling.

I know this doesn't describe a scent at all, but I love the "Moist" version. I added a tube of it to my very first order at Bullgoose and it's been good to me ever since.

I like the Arko creams they all create very good lather.
1 moist kinda smells like a Palmolive shave cream
2. cool smells kinda like generic cool water cologne
3. maximum comfort smells like citrus orange
4. adventure smells like some kind of cologne I don't have anything that smells similar but its good.

I like the moist the most. :tongue_sm but they are all a steal for a buck.

Does the regular smell like the shave stick?

Thanks for the help everyone!

With my recent order I added a tube of maximum comfort shaving cream. I own a tube of cool and find it to be decent cream, just a really synthetic smell.

The Maximum comfort as was described above has a citrus smell to it, but I don't know if I would pin it down to strictly orange...in that neighborhood, but don't expect it to smell like an orange pop or something. The lather it produced was incredible! I can honestly say if all I had to shave with was arko maximum comfort I wouldn't complain at all....it gets the job done very well and is dirt cheap.

Phil, whats the shelf life on something like this.....wanna throw out a case price? :)

I just stocked up, but if you haven't tried the grab a couple of each. Arko is my go-to cream.

Shaving creams in a tube last much longer than in a tub because they are not exposed to the air. If it is stored in a temperature controlled setting (i.e. less than 78 degrees) it should last a very long time.

I got 4 from phil months ago (almost a year I think) they are still good as new. I like them, yeah the smells are synthetic what do you want for a buck. they lather up as good if not better than some so called 10 dollar creams or soaps out there.

I just stocked up on a ton of the Arko cremes. Phil has been a pleasure to do business with. Haven't tried them out yet but they smell nice and for the price they are great for PIFing to some prospective wetshaving converts, which I plan on doing with a few tubes.

I love my Arko Commando, so am trying some of the others, and getting some blade samplers. My two budding young wet-shavers (13 and 17) are getting some shaving gear in their stockings (cue the wife groaning in the background.)
