question about Muhle R41 open comb

General question is as follows is the muhle r41 open comb as aggressive as the r89 open comb...

I think the R41 is more mild that the 89 head. I also get better shaves from the 41.

+1 I have owned both but I sold my Open Comb R89. It was too aggressive for me. The R41 is a great shaver

damn was wanting an aggressive shave. i shave with 9 on an gillette adj. Although i already have a goodfella which i like it just has a short handle. I think i might just get a barber pole slant from merkur.

The R41 gives an excellent close shave. It probably is quite aggressive, but it is so well behaved that it never bites back. For me it provides consistent close, smooth shaves. Highly recommended.
