Hello:
I am wondering if there are any suggestions on DE blades for the EJ razor. I have ordered some feathers and derby, and am considering 7:00 oclock. I use Trumper soap and EJ super badger brush. thanks

Have the EJ Georgian, with the Muhle head. Have found just about any good sharp blade will give you a BBS shave. You don't say if you have been DE shaving or this is new to you. This was my first DE razor and I had a small learning curve with it. Derby were my first blade as well. Good luck with a great razor and handle.

thanks..I used the de years ago (thats all there was). I have been using the EJ Georgian with the Mach 3 head for a few years. I get a very good shave (homemade pre-oil etc.) I'm just tired of the rip-off price. I will try the Derby's first. After reading about the Feathers, I think I will wait awhile on them. Thanks for the comment

I've had consistently excellent shaves from the Shark Super Chrome blades in my EJ DE89L.

I think a razor blade sample pack is the way to go with any razor.

+1 Everyone has their favorite blade(s), and only by trying them for yourself will you discover what your favorite is. :thumbup1:
