I for one am, I figure it's a nice way to spread word for cancer awareness while doing less work every day.
I actually haven't shaved in about 4 days though so I've got a big growth with a slightly bigger moustache area, (I went to a friend's cottage and packed all of my go to gear... except a brush) so it'll be much thicker in the coming days. I'm very excited

I am rocking the Mo for prostate cancer. I'm only 27 so I figure we better raise as much money as we can to get this sorted out BEFORE I require yearly anal probing....
Not that there's anything wrong with that but SWMBO told me that I look too much like a cop with a Mo... My only Mo to day lasted 3 days...

Was told I look like a stalker/molester with a stash, so doin' the nearly-douchy-goatee :-) until the "shave-off" in the last week ... wow ... I looks funny.

i'm not shaving at all this month. SWMBO completely opposed the mustache and quite frankly so would i. but since a lot of my close friends and relatives know how much i've gotten into this hobby (got only shaving things for my bday last month) me not shaving for the month is a much more difficult task. They've all decided to donate using the movember website as it's the only one i was able to find for that.
this is the longest i've gone without shaving and although i'm getting used to my neck itching, i'm hanging in there.

My GF can not stand any hair on my face...
so if I want something warm against my body, I need to shave it...
though I can usually get away without shaving for 3 days.. but that defeats the purpose of the whole movember

I'm growing one also but you wouldn't know it unless I got in your "personal space". My 'stache is so darn light yet my beard grows in super thick. I look like Abe Lincoln without the height and the hat.... My 3 yo daughter asked me the other morning if I was taking my moustache to work with me. It made me feel good 'cause she noticed....

Full goatee here. One month in and I already look like one those guys that hang out down at the pool room. Another month in and I will have a serious UnaBomber look going. :osama:

I'm up for the Mo again. I organise a team at my workplace each year. SWMBO isn't a big fan but understands why I do it.

Just the opposite here, I shaved off my mo back in the mid summer, and was told by SWMBO that I had to grow it back. So, here I am back to my sideburns, mo, goatee, and imperial. I don't let the ends of my mo join the goatee, instead letting the ends grow long in a fu manchu style. For some unknown reason, I get told a lot that I look as though I belong in the old west. Anyway, for those who are doing it to raise cancer awareness, I commend your efforts. Both my mother and my father are cancer survivors! :thumbup1:

Growin' the mo to join the goatee b/c a mo alone turns me into an '80s porn star, or Mark Spitz.

I'm taking part, along with one of my co-workers. We've registered with movember.com to raise funds to fight men's cancers.
Here's my page:

Here's the kicker: since we weren't daring enough to grow only a moustache for November, we've decided to make it a bit of a contest.
One the last day of the month, we're shaving our beards into badass moustaches!
Anyone who donates gets to vote on what style we wear for the day!

(apologies for the obvious reference to movember in my post above...I copied the text from my post in the "No-shave November" thread)

I'm not gonna lie--I kept thinking you looked a lot like your avatar in real life
I always took what discussions we had as if that face were telling me it!
I know! An unavoidable hazard of avatar choice!
