I had an extra hour this morning with the end of DST. With the extra time I played with my shaving routine.
After my shower (and before coffee :scared:) I used the following:
Omega Silvertip
TOBS Avocado cream
Merkur Long Slant (39C?)
Iridium blade
Yes, you read that right, a slant razor before caffeine. I was on my toes but I'll credit the TOBS cream with protecting me. WTG, ATG and XTG passes were smooth sailing.
Since I seemed to have something good going on I followed up with some J hooking and blade buffing using a Gillette Tech and an Astra blade. As I type I am stubble free.
Witch hazel and some Nivea balm closed the show. Nice to know I can actually get these kind of results.
