Prices reduced.
Hi everyone. I originally purchased these with the intent of restoring them but I don't have time so I thought I would sell them to pay for expenses at this time. There are 4 brushes all together. The first one seems to be NOS and comes with it's original box.
#1: NOS Ever-Ready C-40 Bristle Shaving Brush, cream and white, 22mm
There are no scratches or nicks on this handle. It should be unused. These bristles are quite stiff perhaps because it's new.
$15 + shipping (see below)
#2: Vintage Ever-Ready with red and cream, 22 mm
This one has a few scratches on the upper half of the handle where the red is. The handle says "Ever-Ready Guaranteed". The base says "Sterilized 100 Made in USA". The bristles are rather stiff but not as much as the #1.
$12 + shipping (see below)
#3: Dubl Duck M4, 25 mm
This is my favourite and was really hoping to redo it. Perhaps the user will be happy to redo this. I've polished the bottom half of the handle. There are a few scratches that I was not able to get rid of without doing some major removal of metal. The top half of the handle has some scratches and dents that I left. I didn't sand the top half but the buyer can do this is he wishes. This is a nice aluminum handle and this one should last a lifetime. The base reads "Professional Use Only, Made in Germany, Dubl Duck M4". The bristles are rather soft but I'm not sure if it's badger, boar or synthetic. Maybe someone can chime in to offer some information. This one has been cleaned and sterilized as I've used it two times.
$22 + shipping (see below)
#4: Barbershop Boar Badger, 22 mm
This is a pretty nice brush with nice bristles blended with boar and badger. It's pretty soft. The bottom half of the handle is made off wood and it's got some splitting in it as shown in the photos. Looks like the clear coat varnish has started to chip away. The top half of the handle where the black has a crack in it as well.
$10 + shipping (see below)
SHIPPING:
Buy 1 to 3 brushes add $2 for Canada and Conus, $5 International. I will combine shipping.
Buy all four for $55 and shipping is free
Paypal is preferred. Canada Post will charge more to ship these than it would if I were shipping straight razors due mainly to the thickness. If I ship these in a bubble envelope encased in cardboard.
