I've tried, my God I've tried, to like the scent of Lavender! I've sniffed bottles of essential oils at health food stores, burned incense in the living room, and I ordered a tub of Taylor's Lavender and shaved with it this morning.

But for the first time since December when I started lathering up a brush and getting 2-3 passes across my face with a DE, today is the first time I've wished my shave to end as soon as possible because I couldn't take the smell!

Something might be wrong with my honker, but whereas I could stick my schnoz into a tub of Taylor's Avacado, or C&E Nomad, or enjoy the scent of Proraso, looking forward to a shave, the lavender scent just does not do it for me; it makes me want to run away. :nonod:

Sorry for the diatribe, but I've read the reviews, heard how it's supposed to soothe the senses, and for me it just doesn't do it. :mad2:

So I'm looking for a trade. The tub has truly been used only once (with a small travel brush yet). Any other comparable tub of Taylors will do. My preferences in order would be:

Taylor's ROSE, Eaton College, or Lemon/Lime

or make me an offer.

If any of the Oklahoma City crowd would like to trade in person to avoid shipping charges, please let me know

Hey Mustafa,
I have a gently (massaged only by badger hair) used (maybe two or three times) Taylors Rose (Ordered from Taylors of London).. My Eton College has been used too many times and was somewhat low to start (Ordered from Classic).. Don't have any Taylors Lemon/Lime..
Sunday would be first chance for a swap, unless you can shuffle off to Norman early (8:00AM-9:00AM) Saturday?
PM if you are interested and wish to firm up a drop and swap... Saturday morning breakfast at the Waffle House at the I-35 Robinson St. Norman Exit (110 or 111 I think). Maybe I can convince DoubleE to show up and we can all do the "Grip and Grin" over waffles. Bring SWMBO if you wish..
