I believe these are made in the St Petersburg factory. Are these current production blades? I found 30 for £5 so I saw no reason not to try them and add them to my growing collection of Gillette DE blades.

They are current to my knowledge. Made in St. Pete for UK distribution. I just bought 50 myself. Have yet to try them.

I recently found Stainless Nacet blades in a local Middle Eastern Market. They were made in Shanghai. I paid $1 for a 5 pack. I haven't tried them yet. Does anyone have experience with these?

seems that the original Nacets where off Czech origin but the modern ones are one of a number of blades currently being produced in russia.

I've only used the platinum russian nacets, they are smooth and sharp but expensive compared to what else you can get for the same money.

I sometimes wonder how many of the St Petersburg blades are re-branded under different names. As I understand it, the Bleue Extra, Nacet Platinum and 7 O'Clock blades are all targeting different markets. It would make sense to re-brand some blades for different markets rather than produce a different blade for each. Having said that, neither of the 7 O'Clock blades produced there seemed the same as the Bleue Extras I have used. The 7 O'Clock Super Stainless blades did seem very similar to the Iridiums I have used, however. I would have to try them side by side in order to form an opinion on whether they could be the same.
