hi all,

bought a gillette from ebay like this for 75p.

cleaned up pretty well so used it tonight, not expecting much. it was very light, and very mild, but no razor burn. not one i'll use regularly but a good travel razor i think. anyway, does anyone have any more info on it? when it was made etc?

thanks

Hey Milkman..it is a vintage gillette tech razor...if you look a few posts down i talked about the exact same one... does yours have a code stamped on it? it seems like the ones made in england don't have one.

thanks guys, knew i should have looked at mr razor! the one i got came in a little plasticy case with an ever ready blade, mirror and tweezers. shined up nicely like the one in mr razors pics. wasnt expecting much as it was only 75p, but im impressed. How much can they go for in the case like mr razors? presume they are still fairly plentiful?

doesnt have a date stamp, but does have made in england stamped on it. Paired it with an astra blade, felt quite good. what blades work well in it for other people?
