Gents,
I just wanted to write a few words of appreciation for one of our members, Archerfire (Randy).

He and I both sent PMs seeking to buy a razor back in March (http://badgerandblade.com/vb/showthread.php?t=140775&highlight=french), and he was the first responder. At the time, I posted in the sales thread that should he ever decide to sell the razor, I'd be interested in buying it from him.

This past weekend, he remembered my interest, and was kind enough to send me a PM to offer me the same razor and case for original cost plus shipping, a very reasonable deal IMHO. He was patient in awaiting payment, since I was traveling and unable to get to a secure computer right away. And he shipped it out immediately. It arrived very quickly, very well-packed, with several extra goodies generously tucked inside. It was a fantastic experience all around for me.

I highly recommend dealing with him. It was a great experience.

Marc,
Thank you so much for the very kind words! I really appreciate that.

I have also had several wonderful folks on here who have helped me either with advice, good deals on items, and various other things that I could go on and on about. I'm sure most of our members could do the same.

I'm still a fairly new member here and I've seen a bad egg or two in my brief time, but they are far outweighed by the tremendous amount of people on here who are helpful, willing to share their knowledge, and definitely go out of their way to treat you right!

Enjoy that Le Coq and case, my friend! I'm going to miss that pretty yellow interior!
