My university's bar has a drink called Clown Puke. I haven't ordered it and don't know what's in it, but it is supposed to be surprisingly good (and actually look the part).

I’ve been debating about whether I should submit this one because it’s kind of graphic. This is a gentlemanly website, for which I truely respect, and I apologize up front if anyone feels it is inappropriate. I will be as discrete as I can.
It was a drink that was popular over 20 years ago at bachelorette parties and male strip clubs.

1.5 ounces of Crème de Coco in a shot glass topped with whipped cream
The person cannot use their hands to drink this. The person is come down over the top of the whipped cream, grasp the shot glass with their lips, gently lift the glass, and carefully drink. The goal is to not let it leak out of the sides of their mouth and drip down their chin.
The microbrew industry is probably the most competitive when it comes to creating off-the-wall names for their worts. I recall that it as a southern brewery that might have started it all by naming one of their beers Frog Spit, which became quite popular.
Last spring I was at a beer tasting that was the event before a showing of the 1980 version of Clash of the Titan's (Whut a night!). The winning beer was Dead Guys Ale.

Not a drink, but my favorite thing to order at a sushi place is a "Screaming Orgasm"At a sushi bar where I was ordering some take-out, I ordered an "Uni Shooter," which was sea urchin in sake.
When it was served, all the staff stood around my table to watch me drink it. I just wanted to sip, but they encouraged me to swallow it in one gulp.
BIG MISTAKE. I was not a big drinker, and that much alcohol in one gulp really took me by surprise and threw me for a loop. By the time my meal was ready for take-out, I stumbled to the cash register, and I had a 10 mile drive ahead of me. It wasn't easy getting home, but the sushi was delicious.

Coco's SoCo Peachy Lime (a drink I made up and a friend named after an old nickname a girl gave me). I wanted to make a whiskey drink that women actually liked and could be refreshing as most whiskey drinks are heavy or syrupy and most women I know don't like them.
So I remembered that Southern Comfort is made with peach pits...mix SoCo (100 proof if you really want a kick), Peach Schnapps, and either 7Up, Sprite, or Club Soda or another similar soda with a sliced key lime thrown in on ice of course.
There is also the Caribou Lou: Bacardi 151 proof rum, Malibu Rum (coconut), and pineapple juice (this one is usually either blended with ice or served with ice in it). Careful though, this one goes down very easily for it's potency.

Not sure if this has ever been done before, but this weekend I created a drink. I was tired and needed some energy, but we were at the hotel bar....gents I give you The Speedy Gonzales:
Take a double-shot of tequila pour it over the rocks and mix with a can of Red Bull. The affects were quite enjoyable...good for a quick drink to loosen you up yet give you some energy.

That's true. I was trying to stay away from making another "bomb", so I just mixed it all together as a mixed drink.

It's named that way because it's a barley wine with high alcohol content. They serve them in six-packs but I get through about three before somebody should take my keys.
EDIT: Oh, I almost forgot. I went to visit my sister who was going to school at West Chester U in PA... there's a local bar there that makes a shot called the Purple Hooter. I thought that was pretty funny.
Mind Eraser anyone?
I'll be a bit of a contrarian, but I like drinks that Frank, Sammy and Dean-o would be proud to order, not stuff that college kids order for giggles on spring break.
"scotch on the rocks"
"scotch & soda"
"martini" ... without having to explan the contents therof.
At the local pub, it's either
"pint of guinness" or
"pint of dark ale".
Otherwise, "gimme a beer" usually works just fine
if the occasion does not call for single malt or wine.

But is it kosher?
Actually, it is. Certified and all.
My favorite drink name is one I came up with myself. I give you The Kentucky Rabbi, a shot of cheap bourbon chased with a slice of crispy bacon. Certainly not kosher, but very delicious.
