I recently placed an order from www.hisnibs.com after a recommendation from a member of this site. I placed the order last Wednesday and somehow my package got from Allentown, PA to Seoul, South Korea on Monday afternoon. I got an absolutely gorgeous Hero Victorian fountain pen (it looks like the pen I would picture Sherlock Holmes having on his desk) and some Private reserve ink. Included in the package was an elegantly folded, handwritten note stamped and sealed. I highly recommend this seller.

I do have to say, as near flawlessly as the pen writes, it is close to a medium point. I am currently looking for a person to send it to to get the nib ground down to an extra fine. I am in love with the look and feel of this pen.

And here I thought Lamy was all I could look forward to on a budget. Of course, once you buy ten 20-40 dollar pens, do the savings really count?

Congrats on your new FP! I have been afflicted with this AD for not quite a year now. I pace myself more with FP's. They can be very high in price, plus I have been really lucky and found high dollar pens being sold as junk. If you know what to look for there is a good chance you may find treasure! That's a great feeling.

Glad it's a useful website because the name makes me think of moobs. Lai Yee has some nice patterns for your bro.

I have bought several pens from Norman, he and Todd at isellpens.com are two of the good guys. Enjoy your pens, they probably won't be the last ones you buy. :thumbup1:
