It took over a month, but my PILS razor finally arrived yesterday! Ordered from Royalshave and they have provided great customer service. Through no fault of theirs the razors got held up in Germany. Lori from Royalshave called me several times unsolicited to update me on the status of the order, and even sent out a free tub of T&H Rose shaving cream to tide me over at one point. Great folks out there! Will give the PILS a spin tomorrow.
