Hey folks,
I've got a few more Superspeeds I need to move. I'm also hoping to trade a 2oz. bottle of Aramis aftershave for either Clubman or Lilac Vegetal. I'd say the aftershave is at around 96% full, so I'd be looking for Clubman or the Veg in a similar quantity. As for the razors, I have:
1. Gillette Black Handle Superspeed (USA P-1): Two spots of black paint loss on the handle and some crud under the head. I didn't clean this one extensively and I think it would improve a bit if someone did. No missing endcaps and perfectly functioning mechanics. - $7 $6 $5 $4 SOLD
2. Gillette Black Handle Superspeed (USA M-3): Almost perfect paint. 99.9% intact, I'd say. The only blemish I can find is a small ding on the handle, but even there the paint is completely intact. I almost kept this one and traded it out for my own Black Handle. Could use a bit more cleaning as well, but a very nice razor. No missing endcaps and perfect mechanics. - $12 SOLD
3. Gillette 40s Superspeed (USA NDC): Butt ugly. I just couldn't get this one to clean up. Lots of brassing, plate loss, and rust spots. Both endcaps missing. It's 100% mechanically functional though. - $1 SOLD
4. Gillette TV Superspeed Flare Tip (USA D-1): The treasure of the bunch. I wanted to keep this just because I don't have one yet, but I need the money more. No brassing or plate loss anywhere. No missing endcaps. I polished up the head, but the rest could use a polishing. Very nice razor and tempting to keep for myself. - $15 SOLD
5. Gillette 40s Superspeed (USA NDC): Very nice aside from missing both endcaps and an almost imperceptible amount of brassing on one of the doors. Mechanically perfect. - $7 $6 $5 $4 SOLD
