FS: President Cased with Blades & Instructions

For your consideration is a Gillette “President” model date code Y-1. The razor is in excellent condition by B&B guidelines, the case is good to very good.

The razor opens & closes as designed, blade gaps are even. There is no plate loss, one small scratch on the endcap is shown in the picture. The case has some spots on the top interior, the bottom, and some on the back by the hinge, but it is in overall good shape. The original instructions are included, as is the correct Blue Blade pack (the date on those blades is not Y, sorry:).

My Diplomat is lonely and wants its President brother. If I had the funds, I'd certainly be on this.

A beauty like this deserves to be in its original case with instructions. I would hate to see someone break up a set like this, to think that it survived this long with its case, not discarded or traded or lost, and to do it now would be a tragedy

Hard to believe you are having a difficult time selling this.

I have three Presidents - my everyday razor, one for travel that missing the end pieces, and one in the same condition as yours that I'm saving for my retirement present to myself.

Good luck on the sale. Hang in there with the price, it's a very good deal IMO.
