I've just recently gotten into old brushes and got this Made Rite today. It still had a sale price sticker on the bottom from L.Strauss department store in Indianapolis for $5.95. Don't believe it's ever been used, the bristles still smell kinda funky. Thought I'd share a few pictures of it.

Used it this morning with The Real Shaving Company cream. It is extremely soft and really soaked up the lather. All in all a very nice performing brush.

It even sounds like one when it clinked against the side of the bowl. So much so that I thought about putting a few drops of bourbon in!

That's the coolest acrylic handle I've seen. I've never been big on them, but that's cool. I can picture it with a snazzy black and clear setup.
Like a custom Merkur handle that looks the same on a stand with a bowl that matches.

they're great when the original hair is pristine like that... use it with pleasure & joy!
