Gillette made up all kinds of custom blades in very limited quantities as a way to keep their trademarks in trade, including TV brand blades, and many other trademarks they wanted to keep, but were not really using. Then, they decided to let most of them lapse. I posted either here or at SMF when a whole bunch of the classic trademarks expired.......Similarly, Chevron has a Standard station in each state where it has rights to that trademark to keep it in trade....(See their wikipedia article).....
