This morning I shaved for the first time with my Parat that I purchased in the B/S/T.I got a very smooth shave in two passes WTG and ATG,I am used to doing 3 or 4 passes to get to the same shave as I got with the Parat in 2 passes.I have to say I am still surprised how good this little razor performs.
I will have to use it a few more times to establish why it is so smooth but I would guess that it is more aggressive than I am used to us.
This is a razor that I will be keeping.

+1 on the Parat
I also purchased one from B/S/T a wonderful razor.
+1 for B/S/T a great place to buy razors. (Embrace the RAD)

This razor makes me want to purchase more vintage razors made in England.Does anyone else hold the razor in that open space near the end of the handle while shaving,it seems to give me good control of the razor.

I like my German Parat. I've never used an English one, though.

The Parat is a great shave.

The slender point by the TTO knob does lend itself as a very good place to hold the razor to give you nonslip control.

Enjoy that Parat
