TESC Brush Update

Just received via email:

A final update.



This is to let you know that as of tomorrow ALL orders will have been sent from the Sheffield factory.



We thank you all for your orders and to those of you who have had to wait a little longer than the four weeks from order we do apologise. An unforeseen component hold up resulted in slight delays and we do thank you for your patience and understanding. Such are the frustrations of the manufacturing industry. Rarely a day goes by without some such thing happening.



We have had some wonderful emails from members who are delighted with their brushes and razors and we do wish you all many happy, luxurious and comfortable shaves.

My parents arrived in Fla yesterday. I get a call from mum this evening:

'What's this shaving brush?'
'No razor with it?'
'No, let me look again. Oh yes, there's another box.'
'Phew, is the brush nice?'
'What's this? A cut throat razor?'
'No mum, it's an old fashioned safety razor.'
'Oh, yes the brush is nice. Can I speak to Esther?'

Had a conversation with dad the other day too:

'Have you tried the Gillette Fusion?'
'No, it's rubbish'
'How can say that if you haven't tried it?'
'Because the mach 3 was worse than the sensor?'
'You've got to try it.'
'Why? Is it really worth it? I doubt it.'
'You can't knock it until you try it, then you'll realise how awful it is.'

The seeds are sewn...They've brought back 100 Derby blades, and now a new DE razor and finest brush. He's gonna have to ask me one day... Then I'll get him converted back to DE land.

Thanks for the Razor all the BB mods, really looking forward to using it some day soon....
