The Edwin Jagger brush and razor stand I bought at QED is too short for my Heinrich Thatet 4419 21mm fine badger silver tip brush,I was concerned with the opening but I never thought abouth the height.Any body know if they will take it back and does anyone have an idea on a good looking reasonably priced stand.

Welcome to B&B. I would just send them an email and tell them it's the wrong stand. Give them the length of your razor and see what they have.

I just sent them an e-mail,but I read on their site that they do no accept returns,If they do not take it back I will have it for sale very soon and for a cheap price just to get rid of it

Are you hanging the brush from the end of the handle, or from where the knot meets the handle? I have to hang one of my brushes from the latter as the handle is too think to fit in my stand.

LOL Don't worry, I did that with my first brush, too. I felt like such an idiot and have never mentioned it to anyone. Glad I'm not the only one.
While a stand is superfluous for the brush, they are nice. Many of the wire ones are chrome plated brass and the opening can be adjusted slightly by bending the fork in or out.
