Have a little patience and give it some time, Solidus. I just got a package from France that took over 40 days to wing its way across the pond.

Also as far as the e-mail, sometimes people take a vacation and are not connected to the internet for a while. That is something I think we should all do every once in a while...

I buyed the brushes and The Rooney has a serious shedding problem, she have lost more than 10 hairs each time I have used it with very lukewarm water. I asked the seller about the shedding problems before buying. I can't accept this brush.

PM sent with parcial refund proposal. I am very worried because I have sent two PM the 26th and 28th of June, talking about he brushes' arrival, without answer.

I wonder if someone knows this guy.

I assume you guys bought this stuff through Paypal? If you did, then just contact Paypal to start the dispute process. If the seller doesn't communicate to them, Paypal takes the funds back and if the funds are gone, they pay you directly and go after the seller through collections.

Paypal won't help with the brushes. They will only reimburse if the buyer didn't receive his shipment at all, as in the razor purchase.

Vacation?!?! Sure....conveniently after the sale?:sneaky2:

I tried to dispute through Pay Pal...but I used the wrong transaction type so they won't dispute.

Lesson learned.:thumbdown

I do believe if you used a credit card through paypal you can run the dispute through your credit card. I am not condoning such actions but did want to make you aware.

Ya, if you check the sellers activity, he was on the site today so if he hasn't contacted you guys, I would say something is up for sure.

Shouldn't the mod's ban him IF the issue isn't resolved... Gotta be careful not to jump the gun though...
