I got this today and I didn't pay a lot for it but I thought I was getting an ABC, but I don't think so:

Well it has the pretty design and sewn tag with no "Made in USA", but no patents on the bottom and no rivets.

But the handle is interesting, it says (sorry for the poor pics) "LAUREL SHEFFIELD" on the ball end. Well that whole thing is a very interesting history (google Laurel Works sheffield). And there is this post by Guido http://badgerandblade.com/vb/showpost.php?p=1068598&postcount=2 (search for George H. Lawrence).

The handle looks like a regular Old Type ball end and instead of knurling on the ball, it has the stamped text. The head is Gillette.

Thanks John, I don't think I've seen that before. Interesting. I have been accumulating small razor sets. For some reason, they aren't cheaper!
