I have often wondered how the 195 shaves, is it different in head profile to a Fatboy?
Really nice collection you have there.

No Red Dot?
Great collection -- great aggregation of history. Cases also? How do you store them?

Thoughtful collection and fine pieces as well
Try and add the Gold Fat Boy as well. 1960 F1 it is.
Well done

I have great conditon plastic cases for the Fatboy, Slim, and Super Adjustables.
Just the case for a Toggle went for $130 on the Bay a while back, what would the original for the Bottom Dial go for?
Currently have an assortment of razors watched over by Themis but some of them belong in a safety deposit box!!

Very nice indeed.
It's good to know they have a good home where they are appreciated.
Very nice!
Did the 195 come with a case? I've never seen one. Did they make cases for prototypes? And a Toggle case for $130? Was that for the lucite bloc? Wow.
I gotta get me one of those 195's and one of those Toggles one day. Nice collection!

No. it was the razor only - the case for the 195 is the same pattern as a Fatboy case, with the magnifier moved over, and is slightly larger to match the razor (which has a longer handle).
The Toggle Ebay case was the elongated model(maybe that was the only type?)

PM sent on all razors!
Just kidding - for a moment I thought I saw the post of my dreams and then realized this is not the B/S/T

The 195 looks like it is holding court over the other razors

There are two 195 models.
The 9 position razor with the nickel plated brass handle was sold in a case D-4 1960. It looked similar to a FatBoy case with the magnifier moved to follow the dial.
The 5 position razor with the aluminum handle (I tend to think this is the real prototype) and did not have a date code. I have never seen a case associated with this razor ......(yet).
