The razor part of this package is brand new, never used, end of subject. Included is an unopened pack of Gillette Super Stainless Steel Blades. The razor even has a new, unused blade of the same type in it, which still has the sticky stuff at all four corners to tack it down to the razor head. The razor is at least excellent/fine by B&B standards, but doesn't include the original packaging, etc. with the case, so I can't use the M word.
The case is metal and plated with gold material, and there is some plating loss, around 10% max. There was some dense black goop here and there, and when I gently removed it, some plating came off. It still looks better than with the black goop, though. Look at the picture of the bottom of the case, which I pretty much left alone, and you can see where I started from.
The mirror inside the case lid is 95% intact. There is an out of the way area at the upper right which seems to have lost the reflective material underneath the glass, but I know nothing about mirror restoration, so I left it alone. The plastic tray holding the razor and blade pack is as new. I'd say the overall case, mirror, and tray as Very Good by B&B standards.
Summary: I am conservative, so I'd rate the whole thing somewhere between Very Good and Excellent. It's cased, so that counts for something. $35 shipped CONUS, slightly higher elsewhere.
