Where do i buy these, preferably uk based but overseas is fine, i have a 28mm knot on the way and id rather have a better handle for it to sit in.

You can buy an old one and reknot.
Or turn one yourself on a lathe.
Also, some vendors like Penworks or Rudy Vey here are probably willing to help you.

i agree with that & want to add vendors like eskimo (http://www.eliterazor.com/) or cooncatbob (https://sites.google.com/site/bobsrazorworks/) to the list .

Thanks for the links i have saved them all, i have fired off an email to a local woodworking business to see if he'll make me one, something like olive or rosewood would be nice so we'll see what develops there.
