Apparently my body's suddenly developed a semi-tolerance for cold. I'm not sure how or why but it has. Also the menthol's not registering as pain anymore.

Might be a little nicer for the menthol with the warm days rather than Cassia in
Pinaud VI. Blue Line? Aqua Velva?

I like osage rub and aqua velva ice.

I think there are some Bay Rums with menthol in them too.

I recently treated myself to a Proraso 1-2-3 combo. It starts with the classic shave cream, followed (after a cold water rinse) by aftershave "lotion" which is actually a splash, and then finished off by the pre/post shave paste. I have documented that fateful morning elsewhere, but suffice it to say that Proraso helped me keep my cool under fire.

Gentlemen's Best "Chilled" shaving soap and aftershave splash have a great cold/menthol kick that has a nice lasting effect.
I bought both of these a few weeks back and find myself using it more than any of my other products now.

SCS blue line is by far the strongest menthol splash I have used. A very close second is Mama Bears mandarin ice ASB.

I have a few other menthol splashes (Alt, Barbon, Barbasol, etc.) but they are not even close to touching MB's or SCS's offerings.

As a menthol lover - this soap and a/s is also on my short list to try soon.

I like AV a lot. But I tend to use Skin Bracer more. It is a light scent that I can put on when I don't want to smell like anything, and it has a nice menthol kick.

Make that list really short... Just got mine last week... Moved the dish of GB signature to the shelf and the proraso will get no use this summer... "chilled" all the way

+1 on the SCS Blue Line. I got the sample and it is chilling. Got to buy a big bottle once I use up some other stuff...

For a cheap cooling thrill, grab some Skin Bracer. I love the stuff. Very cold, no burn at all.

Another great AS is Spanish Floid Vigoroso. Best scent I have found in an AS.

I'm getting a sample of the Spanish Floid Vigoroso from superlather. I like the Italian Blue, but this sounds very interesting.

I've been using blue line soap followed by blue line splash a lot lately. Most days I can feel my face by lunch. The splash is serious. Makes Skin Bracer seem about as mentholated as Old Spice.
