I'm off to a late start today, so, I have performed the morning ritual's yet, when the doorbell rang and the mailman hands me a box from Classicshaving.com.

That little Vision brush that came with the set is and has been ok, but I've been itching to try a larger size and boy, do I have just what I asked for.

It's a Vulfix #38 Super Badger, that when I pulled it out of the box, had me laughing out loud in anticipation. This thing is huge, (still smiling). The gorgous silver tipped dome is a little wider than a light bulb and the base is about the same diameter as the handle on a Louieville Slugger!

No 2 or 3 finger grip needed here, with this brush I'll just use a choke hold on it, lol! Can't wait to see what kind of Super Lather I can make with this one!

Whoops, force of habit, since I'm a newbie and not feeling worthy of being called a DE shaver yet, haven't considered posting where the DE lords do. I probably shouldn't mention the Proraso cream I got with the brush and will be whipping up in a little while.:biggrin1:

El Monstoro!

I have a somewhat smaller Vulfix, but that baby's freakin' huge. I'm starting to think it might be too big??

Enjoy.

Wow, everyone always told me that size didn't matter!

If you're using shaving cream, you'll find that this brush requires a lot more than the brush you previously used. Same for the soap: quite a bit of lathering on the soap to fully charge the brush.
