I am currently out of Superthins and I have just sold my last Feather all stainless steel razor.

New stock of the Feather stainless razors will come in in about 1 week but unfortunately my supplier has increased the cost price of the razors. As such I am left with little choice but to up the price of the razors to US$165 (inclusive of delivery to US/Canada/Europe/Australia/New Zealand).

Therefore I beg your pardon but there is no other way for me to be able to continue to offer these fantastic razors.

I can take pre orders for the razors but I can only ship them next week onwards.

Currently I have no news on when the Superthins will be available but as soon as I have them I will keep you guys updated.

This thread used to have multiple pages, I don't know where they went. Someone tried one and found it to be a very good razor. In terms of aggressiveness I think he said 3-4 on a Fatboy scale. Maybe he will post his review again.

Thanks guys for your concern! My family and I were in Osaka and Kyoto which was really quite far from the quake/tsunami/radiation leak zone. In fact we were in Kiyomizu-Dera when the quake struck and we didn't even feel a thing. Thank God we were totally not affected by the disaster. The people there (Osaka and Kyoto) were still getting on with their lives and it really didn't seem that anything major had happened. There were no power cuts/train stoppages/food shortages, which had happened elsewhere nearer the zone. In fact when we got back, it seemed like the rest of the world were more worried and affected than the Japanese.

Yup, get a sample pack. You want to try a bunch of different blades before buying a lot.

I don't think there is a single blade that everyone likes.

He has great prices, good guy, HOWEVER- SOMETIMES I think he gets caught up in travel or business and not able to ship or email as fast as he would like and "sometimes" there is a delay, but he has ALWAYS come through and an honest vendor that tries to do his best, but some situations seem to slow things down and other times he ships the same or next day, just depends where he is, seems to travel a bit and not "always" available to contact, just be patient, it is worth it:)

Given the tornadoes here and tsunamis there, I think 12 or 13 days (including Easter weekend) is more than fair. Especially when you factor in the savings.

I thank God we were spared "again", they hit all around us and we have been very blessed so far and the people that get hit, I feel so bad for, things are a mess, so yeah, with everything going on, it is almost a miracle people are getting packages.
I always wonder how many USPS, Fed-Ex, USPS, etc trucks, buildings, planes, etc are hit and right there would be a lot of lost packages.

As you can see from my name, I'm a "Tide Fan" too. I live in TN now, but a lot of my old classmates from Alabama who still live in Tuscaloosa as well as my family in North Alabama are all in bad shape. I was trying to put things into perspective from a timeline standpoint but you make an even better point. I'm lucky the truck carrying my stuff wasn't wiped off the face of the Earth.
