The Small pot is very nice, solid, heavy. It was fired in a wood burning kiln. Note the two tone effect of the surface as one side was facing the fire. Only my best shengs were ever used in this and its nicly broken in, no off tastes or issues. SOLD

Hermetically? No, as much as my other pots, yes. It is a nice little pot that brews a nice cup.
