Does that include the Bernhardt signed buckle? If so, thats' a good deal.
It does include the buckle. He just answered my email.

Just recieved my Di-Modell strap from mywatchmaker.net and i love it!! So as per the request of another member to post our watches with different straps, here it is.

I have a question regarding the B&B LE. Since this is a manually wound watch, how many times it TOO many to wind it? I feel some pressure on about 25 windings, but feel like it could go more. Then how long should it work before it shuts down when fully wound?

I had the same question and was told to wind till it stopped. So i kept winding and winding and it eventually and definitely stopped. You will feel it stop at a point you know it won't go any more. It's not like an increase in pressure, but could go more type of thing, it's a brick wall, stop dead type of thing. I've heard of a couple guys doing tests and they got right around 2 days out of a full wind. I just wind mine each morning and it's been fine since i've started fully winding it.

Same here: I wind until it stops -- can't miss it! I've consistently had pretty much 49 hours on a full wind.

Yup, this is what I do and it appears to be averaging around 48hrs on a full wind. I'm really enjoying this watch and the compliments just keep on coming!

+1 (on the hours and enjoyment!)
Just checked the order page -- are there really still 15 of these watches left (the cart showed 15 as available)? I thought for sure they'd get snapped up once they were in...

For some reason i'm fighting the urge to buy another one. This watch has sparked WAD for me. I love this thing. By far one of my better purchases.

So, between my two deployments this year, I was able to snag one of these beautiful watches.
Thursday night, when I got home from my latest deployment, I had a lot of things on my mind... Had to unpack, check the house out, clean up the place, get dinner, etc.
As I was going through the mail, I happened upon a box..... :confused1
What is this? I ask.... So I open the box, and what is inside?

Oh, the joy! The anticipation!!! So I open the next box....
http://badgerandblade.com/gallery/displayimage.php?imageid=23913
At this point, all my other worries, stresses, are gone... I am only focused on one thing.... THIS!

Now, off to find me some new bands, cuz I'm really digging some of the ones you guys have got!! :001_tt1:

I got my LE Watch just before Christmas. It was the talk of my visit back to the states. Everybody loved the look and on more than one occasion I was told that the size was "absolutely perfect" "not to big, not too small" and "classy without being over the top". I'm thoroughly pleased with this watch. I have a black ostrich band on order. I have to have a black band option for dress. I finally got around to getting some pics of my LE Watch:

I might need some help here.
I did the mistake of leaving my watch on a shelf at the other end of my bathroom while taking a 10 min shower. I just now noticed that the inside of the front has condensed water on it. So don't do this.
Since I don't have the tools to open it, and it might be a bad idea anyway, I'm guessing the only thing I can do is keep it warm and dry and hope that it dries out?

Your watch is water resistant to 50 meters. It should not have done this. Contact Fred at Bernhardt and see what he says.

Well, water is one thing and water vapor from a shower something else but I agree that it shouldn't happen. I've been planning to send the watch in anyway to get the winding issue fixed. I guess it's time for me to part with it for a while ... even though it's hard :001_smile

Very nice watch.
I wasn't @ B&B for the original "i'd buy one" poll, and I didn't realize there were more available.
Does Bernhardt modify the movement in anyway?

15 available last night 13 left today! My buddy bought one last night as he just loved the watch (we're both collectors). These WILL see out very soon. Tell your friends and family or they will miss out on a great deal in a limited edition hand built custom time piece!

Just got my watch back from Bernhardt (he lost my address so he didn't return until I asked what was going on). I don't seem to be having a lot of luck with this watch. Although the winding mechanism seems to be fixed now he also added deep scratches on the back side from when they opened the watch. They swapped the crown to the standard Bernhardt crown so I no longer have a badger on it. Sigh ... unfortunately I'll be moving back to Sweden in three weeks so it doesn't really feel like much point in complaining to him about it as there most likely won't be enough time to do anything about it either.
There, now it feels a bit better.

for a watch/watchmaker of purportedly high caliber and the price you paid for the watch, that just ain't right.
i'm currently in the market for a watch in the $200-$400 price range, but some of the issues i've seen in this thread are going to keep me from pursuing the LE watch.

For the past week I only get a "shop not available" message when I go to check how many are left (I bought an extra one to help meet the original minimum -- I intend to sell it -- I absolutely love this watch, but don't need two! -- but am aiming to wait until the mods recoup their investment; I've been checking to see how close it is to being sold out...). Are there in fact still some watches left and if so, what is the correct link for them?

Too bad you're turned off on this watch -- it's quite awesome. I have a JLC that cost 10X as much, plus a few Tissot's that were in a similar price range to the B&B watch, and I've received more complements on this B&B LE watch since I received it than all the other watches combined (over the 10-12 years since I bought my first "good" watch...). :thumbup1:

Thanks, but I have two already! :001_smile Bought the second one to help move the group buy along, with the intention of selling it on BST once you guys recouped your much larger investment; it's still sitting in its box (wound it once to make sure it worked okay...).
