Hello to all

I posted the same thread to another category but I felt it should be also posted here. If I did wrong pls accept my apologies.

Today I received by mail my brand new Edwin Jagger Black Badger Shaving Brush Tortoise!!

It performed outstandingly!!

I have the impression that my shave was a bit better using this brush than my softer VULFIX superbadger 375.

I liked the pure badger hair of the brush, as it was stiffer than my Vulfix and massaged my face in a greater amount. It wasn't so stiff as my Bodyshop synthetic brush, which is now permanently retired.:thumbdown

I'm wet shaving for 2 months now. I know I dont know much, but from my experience so far, I believe that pure badger is better than best badger at least for me. I think that pure badger hair because it is stiffer (at the exact level I want it to be) massages and performs better.

However that's just me (?)

Thanks for reading

I have an Omega pure badger brush at my vacation trailer. I like it just fine. I also have 3 silver tips at home that I like . Oh and a boar that isn't quite tame yet but is ok. What ever rocks your boat. There is a difference however in the rating of badger knots by the manufacturers and others. So for those not experienced in the rating of the hair it is not necesarily the same as personal preference.
Glad you found one that you like.

If you've found something that works great for you, then you've found your personal best. That's all that matters. Who cares what others say or think?
