Good experience with a vendor - The Superior Shave

Just thought I'd post about a recent good experience with a vendor that (until recently) I had never heard of.

I stumbled across it via a link someone had posted here on B&B, and I found myself browsing around. Great selection of items, all with very nice descriptions and pictures, especially the Coticule and Simpsons sections. I saw some brush designs that I hadn't ever seen anywhere else.

I emailed them a question, and got an immediate response, a very nice one at that. And because I always appreciate good customer service, I just thought I'd share my experience here.

I've never heard of the company. Wonder why they haven't caught on here?

He just started his site not long ago (couple of weeks?). The gent running it is a nice fella that is trying to open a B&M store, and his site is just a supplement to that.
