I am finally coming to my senses and getting my AD under control. I bought this Merkur HD (a.k.a. 34C or #178) new on Amazon and used it probably 5 times total. Since then I switched to adjustables (Merkur Futur and Gillette Fatboy which I bought here on this forum). Personally, I like the adjustables more so I don't think I will be using HD and it needs a new loving home. As you probably know, Merkur HD is a very forgiving razor and is recommended for anyone starting out. I have the original box it came in as well as the original Merkur blade that came with it still in the wrapper so it is in like new condition without a scratch on it. I am also including a few sample blades for you to try (10 total, different brands) and brand new Van Der Hagen Glycerin shaving soap. The kit also includes a starter brush - Tweezerman Badger brush also bought on Amazon and used 10 times total. It's a good beginner badger brush and works great with both soaps and creams. It shed a few hairs but was used very little so it may still shed or may not after it is broken in. All you need to add is an after shave of your choice and you are good to go.
