At 6'4", I like to stay under 115.

Sue, no, it is not a diet, but rather a change in how you eat and when you eat. My employer is sponsoring a program through their company, and 3 weeks gone by, I'm down 16 lbs. All I've given up is milk. But I have changed my eating habits.

Let's hear more about this. I am naturally doomed. I look at food and gain. I just complained to my hubby that I have had one of the most stressful weeks ever, I have not really had much to eat but still managed to gain weight???? Lets hear more. I was hoping the stress diet would kick in but no luck. Now with surgery coming up Friday I am hoping the surgery diet works : ) If all else fails I only have about 6 more weeks until I hit the road everyday.
