Aftershave balm: more then just asb

Have any of you experienced a particularly nasty shave and skipped a shave or few and felt the necessity to use asb routinely just to lick your wounds so to speak till you are back in action?

Yes. Anything with aloe helps, and you might even try hydrocortisone.

Oh yes, but it usually lasts just the day of the (bad) shave. Once, I carried around a bottle of aloe and reapplied at least 3-4 times until the burn subsided. Luckily it was on a weekend. :mellow:
