It is now officially 2010 and I am on rescue squad duty. That means I have exactly 1 hour until the busiest night of the year when the drunks stumble into their cars and decide to go out murdering.
To celebrate the New Year, I am going to be making some Van der Spice soap in the squad microwave. My question is, exactly how much aftershave do you had to one puck of soap?
Thank you,
CCM

Give it a generous amount and as I recall you're supposed to use the cologne.

I tried it, and I must say I am rather pleased with how it turned out. I took the Van der Hagen soap and microwaved it for about 35 seconds. Then I added a liberal amount of the Ivory Club Old Spice aftershave and then I added my other favorite (and very similar) scent of Mennen Pre-Electric Shave Lotion. I like the smell, I just wish I could make it stronger.

Could you do it again adding more scent? Just a thought.

Yeah, I thought about that, but I'm not sure at what point I won't be able to get the soap to resolidify.

Yeah, I thought about that, but I'm not sure at what point I won't be able to get the soap to resolidify.
Or at what point it would make it harder for the soap to lather.
