Chubby 2 & Omega are SOLD - Chubby 1 is still available.
PRICE REDUCED ON THE CHUBBY 1 AND THE OMEGA #6215.
Items: Simpsons Chubby 1 in Super Badger, a Pre-Vulfix Simpsons Chubby 2 in Best Badger and an Omega #6215 in Finest Silver Tip Badger. I went on a brush buying spree - the Omega first (too soft by far for my face lathering), the Chubby 1 (still too soft) and then the Chubby 2 (the middle of the three in softness). Hmmm. I waited over 20 years to buy a top-shelf badger brush, only to discover I like the stiffness and scrubbiness of a $7 boar brush better. Out they go!
Condition: I am the original owner of the Omega and the second owner of both Simpsons. The letters on the Chubby 1 were a little iffy after my first shave and the blacking has come out on a few characters. The Chubby 2 and the Omega are unchanged from since I received them. All three have shed just a few hairs while I've owned them. No extra packaging is included. What you see in the image is what you get.
Amount used: I used the Omega for about a month, it's the softest shaving brush I've ever touched to my face and a lather producing machine. The Chubby 2 I used just twice and is the middle brush in terms of stiffness, due to the higher loft; still very nice. The Chubby 1 is my brush of choice of these three and I used it for a few weeks, but it's still not stiff enough for my taste.
Prices:
Simpsons Chubby 1 in Super Badger - $125 via PayPal, shipped.
SOLD - Pre-Vulfix Simpsons Chubby 2 in Best Badger - $100 via PayPal, shipped.
SOLD - Omega #6215 in Finest Silver Tip Badger - $55 via PayPal, shipped.
Shipping: CONUS only, and I ship it via USPS Priority Mail.
