Where can I buy some Swiss Pitralon from an "in-stock" vendor? Manufactum has crazy shipping for one bottle, shoeboxshaving.com is out, superlather is out. Anyone have any other options? Thanks.

Might try small flower here (http://www.smallflower.com/pitralon/pitralon-after-shave-lotion-100-ml-lotion.html) I see they say they have some in stock. Never used them but I think they are in chicago.

I couldn't get past the...interesting fragrance. I'm so glad Superlather offers a decant service.

Fortunately, when it comes to my use of AS I only care about efficacy. Scents are something I adjust after the skin care.

Speick is just as effective and smells much better (to me). There are a couple of Austrian Pitralons that I really do like, though (Fresh @ Work and Polar).

Speick and Classic Pitralon are my staples, but the Swiss is the most healing AS out there. YMMV

I misspoke when I said Speick was "as effective"--I honestly couldn't get past the first application of the Swiss Pitralon to ever get a feel for how comparatively effective it may be. Speick is the one I reach for when I need a little extra healing (or when I'm craving that herbaceous scent).
It looks like I'm dumping on your thread, and for that, I apologize. Hopefully Superlather (or someone else) will get some in stock for you soon. If I run across any, I'll be sure to post about it here. :thumbup1:

Absolutely no offense taken. I love to hear comments about what works for you. That is what led me in many of the directions I have followed in this hobby. It has also led me to some products that work very well for me. I have to agree that Speick is one awesome AS. No doubt one of the best. BTW, I am not a fan of the Swiss Pitralon scent either. Never have been and never will be, but it just works so good for me. Oh, and feel free to keep postin' as it keeps this near the top and maybe I'll get lucky with a lead

Manufactum (http://www.manufactum.com/Produkt/193649/1402935/SwissPitralon.html) always has it in stock but shipping is a killer IMO.
And they also have Opaline!
