So guys, what sort of jewelery do you personally wear?
Rings? Necklaces? Bracelets? Lot or a little? All the time or sometimes?
I personally keep it simple. My Grandfathers ring (and his fathers before that) on my right ring finger with two small accent diamonds and a mystic topaz replacing the main diamond that now sits in my fiancees engagement ring. In a year there will be a wedding band on the other hand. Beyond that I don't do much jewelery, and only really wear it when I dress nicely, not everyday.
So gents, do you keep it simple or deck out in the bling?

A watch, and sometimes my necklace with Buddha sitting in the lotus position.
Not big on rings; the only one I'll ever wear is my wedding band if I get married.

i never could find rings that fit comfortably, partly due to big hands and mosty because im cheap when it comes to jewelry :) watches and bracelets always get caught when i wear them daily and necklaces just feel weird to me, so i go with a nice traditional...
3 lip piercings and a nose ring, i find it harder to lose things when there embedded in my face :)

Simple here, too:
watch, wedding band and a simple gold Claddagh on the same finger as the wedding band - no chains, bracelets etc.

Many women have told myself and other friends that a ring on a man is an absolute no no. They actually find rings "unattractive" and "repulsive" on a man, unless it is a wedding ring. One woman went so far to say that she would never date a man who wore any type of ring.

That seems rather shallow, luckily for me I have a great woman and she bought me my ring.

Just the basics for me, watch and a wedding ring, nothing else.

From reading these posts I apparently wear more jewelry than most.
Always - wedding ring and bracelet. Work and "formal" attire includes a watch and a right hand ring.
I personally love rings, but I'm pretty particular so I only have the two...for now.

Right wrist, I wear a stainless steel watch. Left wrist, I wear a stainless steel bracelet. The only ring is a wedding ring, but I may get another some day. I also wear a silver necklace. I almost never take these things off. That is why I prefer stainless. Now, when I happen to be wearing gold cuff links, I lose the bracelet and I have a cheaper gold watch my wife bought me for our anniversary last year.
BTW, when I say cheaper, I mean in comparison to my normal watch. :001_rolle

I was going to say I wear no jewellery but you all seem to include a watch as jewellery. I see a watch as a tool, not a jewel.

Wedding band and a watch, although I have not worn my watch since May when I snapped my left arm and had a plate put in down to my wrist.

These days, I just wear my wedding ring. I have a pierced ear but haven't worn anything in it for several years. I also wear a watch most days.

Always a watch, wedding ring (fathers) stainless neck chain. My other rings are between my partner, my doctor and any people on the nude beach :blushing:

None. No watch, no chains, no rings. 40 years of marriage and the only time I wore my wedding ring was at the ceremony. I don't know why but I have never been able to stand the feeling of any sort of jewelry wrapped around my finger, wrist or neck. It drives me nuts.

I guess I can agree with this simply because I wear it for the function first and the look second

when I go out-
Wedding band-to remind me of marriage
college ring -to remind me of hard work being rewarded
watch-to remind me of time
Celtic cross-to remind me of both my heritage and my hope of future life eternal and the COST of it
most of the time it is simply the cross

current wearing the following;
1. Left ring finger - simple gold Claddagh which is my wedding band (wife's Irish)
2.Right ring finger - Masonic Ring (Blue lodge, Scottish Rite, and Shrine) passed down from my father.
3. Left wrist- typically my Rolex Datejust (award watch for a project completion in 1984)
4. Neck - St. Christopher and chain (purchased in the Vatican gift shop on the roof of St. Peter's in 1970).
5. During the work week I will have cuff links in my shirt and typically a straight gold tie bar.
