What happened to Eddie Bauer??

Used to love EB Adventurer cologne and After Shave. Suddenly it's not available, few on Ebay at high prices. My local EB outlet has NO fragrances. Are they getting out of that business? Thanks.

They went to the dark side, not unlike Abercrombie & Fitch.

Thanks- that's what I thought. Have really been out of the loop, didn't know about A and F dropping their fragrances as well. Probably due to the economy.

Might explain, lack of product.

Might also explain why their stores seem so dismal at least where I live. Still a good stock on clothing but few accessories or any extras. Their Xmas catalog was pathetic this year.
Hope someone can ressurect the fragrance line, I think it had a loyal following.

Just thought to mention, I was back in my local EB outlet and spoke with a sales person who recalled they had some stuff in the back room. It wasn't much but I scored a gift set of Adventurer II priced at 39.95 for 19.95. Like the original more but this was pretty good. It helps to ask.

I've been to 2 different EB stores in New England within the past month and both of them had fragrances on display.
