Was wondering what people say about the colored handles after they use them. There aren't very many reviews that I could find. Got one coming to me Tuesday. Appreciate your thoughts!

I am curious too. I bought the silver one, Because I thought that the blue and red would not have the relief (it's a Dutch word, don't know the translation) It's not what you think, I mean by that the amount of grip you can have considering the surface. (someone please help me with the right English word)

I think I know what you're saying, the thing might be slippery. One of the reviews I came across said it could be but then another long handle nickle one I had felt that way too, first off. I soon learned to deal with it. I guess there is no etching or anything, only some non-slip paint or something. I'll soon know for sure.

I find the grip on the blue and red handles to be equal to that of the standard and matte handles. The colored handle just gives it something different from the normal silver razors that predominate shaving. FWIW, I had all 4 versions at one point, and when it came time to thin out the razors, I kept the colored handled ones.

OK Good to know, if I wanted to expand with the same razor.

Got the new razors today. Box actually says the blue handle one is a 38B. Shaved with it and done good, real good! Appears to be more blade showing than the gillette or schick kronas I've been using so I kept that in mind. I did shave #3 on a wilkinson blade, first two shaves having been on a schick krona. No nicks or cuts, two passes. I think I'm going to enjoy having the 38B in rotation. Handle was not slippery at all, felt good in the hand! Once going I couldn't tell difference between chrome or nickel plating going over my face. Thanks for listening!
