I had to drop off a printer cartridge at home for my wife during my lunch hour today, and when I pulled up to the house, I found 3 little packages waiting for me. It was with a heavy heart that I installed the cartridge, kissed the wife, and headed back to work. Inside those boxes are:

1 Gillette Super-Speed of as-yet undetermined year (likely 1950's)
1 Tub of Taylor's Avocado shaving cream :thumbup1:
1 4.2 oz bottle of Le Homme 3eme de Caron :w00t:

And one copy of "Oh, The Places You'll Go" by Dr. Seuss, which is really irrelevant to the shaving discussion.

I can't concentrate on work... in my head, I am loading up the SS and taking it for a test-drive... *sigh*

I know that feeling all too well. Last night I had UPS leave a note saying that my Proraso Pre Shave cream delivery needed to be signed for (I know I checked the box that said no signature necessary). Rather than wait till the next day I had them hold it at the customer center and picked it up at 8pm last night.

So sad, I know.

I would TOTALLY do that for embargoed shaving supplies.

I work in production (In banking I know right?), I would have brought the packages to work and opened them while running my machine

Hell even my boss does stuff like that

The anticipation is half the fun!!

Maybe a third of the fun split with prep and shaving...

Mb less if you add conditioning post-shave - either way I know how you feel!!
