Since techs are such mild shavers has anyone ever shimmed theirs to get more blade exposure? If so what side of the blade did you place the shim, top or bottom?
Doesn't seem like it would be very hard to do, just trim about 1/8 to 3/16 of the edges off an old blade and you've got a shim. I might try it but want to know if anyone else has experimented with their razors?
