I bought recently Pino Silvestre and I'm quite happy with that acquisition; but do you know any EdC/EdT that would compliment better the scent of the German Pitralon AS?
Thanks in advance.

You might want to try Knize Forest. It isn't a dead ringer for German Pitralon, but it is pretty close.

Thank you very much, Henry.

No-one has other suggestions?

Knize Forest could indeed be an alternative. I know that some time in the past Pitralon was also available in Cologne (or EdT) because I caught one NOS bottle on eBay. But unfortunately I didn't bid immediately and ended up by missing the auction. :001_huh:

Perseverance pays!
I scored two NOS Pitralon EdC bottles on the Bay.

The scent is different from the Splash version, a bit sweeter (in a traditional Cologne-like way), but it's nonetheless a great scent and the cedar oil notes are omnipresent.
It compliments perfectly the AS.

oh, hell, don't get me started looking for vintage aftershaves, now!

I think Caron Yatagan pairs very nicely with Classic (German) Pitralon splash... wearing them today, in fact.

Hmmm... Yatagan is something I didn't try... yet! :wink2:
