I received an e-mail from BB about a 40% off sale. The have thier 1818 cologne for $37 bucks.

Is this good stuff ???

I got my bottle of 1818 for the same price during their last sale. It's a HUGE bottle and it is absolutely one of my favorite scents. Great staying power and it just REEKS (pardon the pun) of class.

Just for comparison's sake. Just before I bought my bottle (this last summer) a gent on E-Bay was selling a bottle as "discontinuted) for $89.00. When I e-mailed him that it wasn't discontinued and what the price currently was, he asked for the "source of my information." I e-mailed him the link right to the Brooks Brothers' site.

He then dropped the price to $79... :frown2:

It is a nice cologne - very similar to Taylors sandalwood, but sweeter. I actually almost ordered a bottle, but with shipping and tax it was already up to $50, so I bagged it.

When I called my local store, they said yes. You should call your local BB store and ask.
