After work I like to work out. This is hours after I shave But my face sweats pretty good and gets a little irritated, sometimes brakes out.

My face wash dose a good job but I was wondering if their was any other products that can help out like a good toner, ASB, moisturizer or something?

Thanks in advance.

I still use my old college wrestling workouts and they are intense and sweaty and can result in irritation and breakouts just as you describe. This is what I use after each 2 hour workout 6x/week and I can honestly tell you my skin has never looked better:

1. Zirh Clean
2. Zirh Fix (on any sign or potential sign of a blemish or irritation)
3. Zirh Erase (on any sign of or potential area of redness or irritation)
3. Zirh Correct
4. Zirh Protect

I use the same basic regimen in the morning and just before bed.

Moisturizing is the key to the after-workout cleaning. I use the pump soap that my company provides on the wall of the shower. I then get dressed and go back to my desk where I have a bottle of generic face/body/hand cream (something like lubriderm). I moisturize my hands and use the excess on my hands on my face. Seems to work well for me.

This type of regimen also works great for me, although I use:

Arbonne NutriMen Exfoliating wash or Hydrating wash (depending on whether exfoliation is needed at the time or not)
Arbonne NutriMen Toner
Arbonne NutriMen Moisturizer

If I have any breakouts I put on the Arbonne Acne Moisturizer as well, but just on the spots.

Cold Water + Witch Hazel.

This is simple and good.

I do the same: witch hazel and water. moisturizer only if I feel I need it (ie: if skin feels tight, looks dry, etc.)

I completely agree. For most of my life I made a practice of avoiding moisturizers because my skin is already just a little bit oily. Once I tried the above regimen which actually involves a couple moisturizers my problems were greatly reduced and my skin actually became less oily than before. I guess the dryness and irritation caused by cleansers and inadequate shaving practices caused my skin to try to compensate with increased oil production or something like that. Now my skin doesn't have to do that anymore and is much clearer and younger looking by far. A moisturizer that does not cause further problems is part of the key for me too.

I usually wash my face (in the shower), and then follow up with some witch hazel and ASB (usually Proraso post).
