I know that Cella is tallow based and the Valobra soft soap is not (or at least I am not aware that is), but other than this difference does anyone have an opinion on which is a better performer, or could you just explain how they perform differently? I've also read the Cella can have a little of an odd smell, but haven't heard many complaints on the Valobra Almond, is the Valobra very suble?
Thanks a lot.

I find Valobra to be fairly subtle, yet nice. It makes one of the richest lathers I've used, but Cella does as well. Cella's scent is a little more subdued than Valobra.

Thanks for the reply. I am having a hard time deciding between these 2 soaps. I don't dislike the smell of almond, but I would prefer it to be very light. It seems they both work really well, so I doubt I could go wrong with either.
Thanks,
J.

I'd say go for the Cella, it's really good stuff, and has that tallowy goodness to boot. Valobra's OK, but it's not quite as nice IMHO. And with Cella, you get the nifty red container.
