View Full Version : Weird Muscle Strain

I've been working hard to get into shape, primarily biking and running, and I've strained a muscle on my leg. It's on the outside side of my leg between my quad and my hamstring. If you put your hand directly down at your side, right there. In my years running and playing football, I've never had pain there. Do any of you guys know how to stretch that muscle? I don't have a clue.

Oh and by the way, deep knee bends do a nice job stretching out that muscle.

That's what I was going to suggest. You can also do it laying down for a gentler stretch.
